tspFOCUS: Customized online assessment designed to assess critical competencies through specific, job-relevant situations.
Role Plays: Candidates demonstrate critical skillsets “live” with a TSP assessor through real-life scenarios (typically a coaching or territory planning scenario, depending on role).
Case Study: Candidates receive a real-life scenario designed by TSP’s consulting & assessment team and discuss critical skill sets during interview with hiring manager.
Personality Testing: Provide objective data on the candidate’s personality preferences in key behaviors.

We have three coaching modules – Accelerated, Executive, and Onboarding.
Accelerated Coaching is suitable for high potentials, new leaders, new-to-the-organization leaders, and leaders with up to five years of leadership experience. It includes confidential, 1:1 discussions with one of our organizational psychologists to provide feedback, coaching, action planning, and check-ins over three months.
Executive Coaching is suitable for high potentials and leaders with five or more years of leadership experience. It includes confidential, 1:1 discussions with one of our organizational psychologists to provide feedback, coaching, action planning, and check-ins over 6-9 months.
Onboarding Coaching is suitable for new to organization leaders. It provides a confidential/external and objective sounding board during the first 100 days to ensure a smooth transition, and an accessible touch point for professional development questions, to ‘test run’ strategies, or discuss how to handle challenges encountered early on.

We leverage team assessments such as DISC, Firo-B, MBTI, or Thomas-Killman Inventory to help groups come together and fill team gaps through an understanding of preferred communication styles and tools to manage conflict effectively.
