This solution is perfect when you just need to fill the funnel with the right talent. We actively source and screen candidates along with all applicants and referrals. We will submit the most qualified slate of candidates for review and pass the baton at that point in the process, with a clear handoff to someone on your team.

Contingent Search+


Not ready to commit to 10+ positions annually? We have a solution that could be right for you. With Contingent Search+, TSP provides focused project management and is the exclusive third party firm for any position you choose to engage with us on. Like a typical contingent search, this exclusivity does not apply to your own internal recruiting efforts. We will support Director level and below positions with this solution.

Temporary Staffing RPO

Have a payroll provider but just need support to identify the right temporary talent to support your team?  As an add-on to any of our RPO offerings, our temporary staffing RPO will recruit on your temporary staffing needs.  Our solution leverages the existing talent acquisition process to include flexible labor and creates substantial value over traditional temp staffing agency approaches.
