Mike Gamble

With a background in science, Mike knows the industry and our clients’ business from the inside. He’s a great listener with a quiet demeanor, capable of really hearing and understanding the problem that needs to be solved. Plus, like his deep-seated passion for his sports teams, Mike has an unyielding loyalty to the relationships he’s built over the years. 

Mike’s extensive staffing background and even his sense of humor help him infuse different ways of looking at situations, welcomed by clients and colleagues looking for a creative, collaborative solution.

Mike has nearly 20 years of experience designing comprehensive talent acquisition solutions for leading healthcare and life science focused organizations. In his role, he is responsible for leading TSP's passionate group of recruiters and consultants. Prior to TSP, Mike worked for Yoh, a leading staffing and workforce solutions organization where he held various leadership and sales executive positions. He holds a bachelor’s of science in biology from Ursinus College and a master’s degree in business administration from Saint Joseph’s University.

Mike Muzi
Vice President, Operations & Strategy

Being easy-going isn’t just an aspect of Mike’s personality. It’s one of the reasons he’s so successful as a leader at TSP. His solid, even-keel approach instills confidence and consistency between our clients and the delivery of their services.

A former Division I athlete, Mike is both a fierce competitor and a dependable teammate, always championing the need for collaboration to achieve the best solution. Mike will do anything for his clients and his teams, from giving an honest assessment, to solving a problem, to supporting an a teammate's growth.

Mike focuses on the overall strategic vision and efficiency of TSP, including managing the implementation of new projects and overseeing IT and marketing. When he joined TSP in 2008, he helped lead the RPO team - producing volumes ranging from 30-600+ hires per client annually. He has been instrumental in building teams responsible for delivering metrics-based results across both full-time and temporary positions for clients in the US and Canada. Prior to TSP, Mike recruited for and led a branch of Robert Half International. Mike holds a bachelor's degree from Bowling Green State University.

Angie Aldinger
Vice President, Business Development

Angie’s passion for the pharmaceutical industry – most importantly, the impact on patients – is the energizing force behind her engaging, savvy approach to business. She wants to know your story and what drives you, too. Then, we can partner together to create the perfect solution for you and your organization.

Angie leads business development efforts across all business lines at Taylor Strategy Partners, including RPO, Executive & Professional Search, Consulting & Assessment, and Sales Accelerator, a unique solution for sales force expansion.

Angie spent 21 years developing her career at Publicis Health, with positions in business development across all verticals, talent acquisition, and pharmaceutical sales. She holds a bachelor’s degree from York College of Pennsylvania.

Jennifer McDonald
Vice President, RPO

Raised in New York and having spent the better part of the last two decades in the South, Jenn is the perfect combination of get-it-done assertiveness and good-natured collaboration. Her analytical approach not only contributes to the thoroughness of the end result, it educates everyone else along the way. With intimate knowledge of the R&D process and a great depth of experience in healthcare and life sciences, Jenn is the person you want to bounce ideas off of to make sure your team is in the best position to deliver results.

With her passion for training and development, Jenn is a great judge of talent, able to interpret data to accurately assess people’s strengths and weaknesses. She. Builds. Great. Teams.

Jenn has been recruiting and building top-performing talent for more than 15 years. Prior to TSP, Jenn worked for System One, Yoh, and Hudson, leading global talent acquisition teams for full-time, contract, and RPO projects. Jenn holds a bachelor's degree in biology and psychology from the University of Houston.


Kenneth Amicon
Vice President, Managing Director - Executive & Professional Search

When you run into Ken at the office, you immediately feel his genuine interest in how you’re doing at that specific moment in time. Ken’s mild-mannered but intentional care for the people he works with makes it no surprise that he career double dipped, returning to the TSP team in 2015 after previously working for us in the mid '90s. Ken knows the people business. He blends that with a deep knowledge of the payer, provider, health and property & casualty insurance sectors, as well as medical affairs, clinical research, and corporate functions.

Ken has over 20 years of executive and professional search experience. He has conducted a wide variety of search assignments for large, multi-state healthcare and insurance companies, integrated delivery systems, Pharmaceutical Benefit Management (PBM) companies, specialty carve-out and venture capital-backed companies.

Previously, Ken served as a consultant with Witt/Kieffer, and was an integral part of their healthcare, managed care and insurance practices. He holds a bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University.

Shawn Kerek
Vice President, Managing Director - Executive & Professional Search

Confident. Credible. Easy-going. Shawn knows the pharmaceutical space, and he's the fearless leader of our search efforts across commercial functions. The opportunity to work with innovative companies, products, and people is what motivates Shawn to come to work every single day.

Shawn has been in the recruiting industry for over 10 years, 8 of them in the life sciences space. In his 3 years at TSP, he has focused on recruiting a wide variety of commercial roles, including sales, marketing, market access, and analytics.

Prior to TSP, Shawn was a Branch Manager with Robert Half, and a Branch Manager with Maxim Healthcare. He holds a bachelor's degree in business management from the University of Mount Union where he played 4 years of baseball.



Megan Van Hoy
Vice President, Managing Director – Consulting & Assessment

Megan is a people expert. She has the Ph.D. to prove it – and if you spend just a few minutes with her, you'll see why she leads our consulting & assessment practice. Megan is confident, driven, and gets the big picture. She knows what it means to “be in tune.”

Megan helps organizations use the best data and insights to make informed decisions about people. The tools and systems she works on get to the heart of the people industry and bring incredible value to our clients.

Megan has over 10 years of consulting experience. Prior to joining TSP, she worked for Press Ganey, helping healthcare organizations build and sustain employee engagement. Megan earned her Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from The University of Akron and undergraduate degree in Psychology from The Ohio State University.

Deborah Schnell
Executive Consultant, Sales Accelerator

Even the animated and enthusiastic are amazed by the levels of Deb’s energy – and they love it. Her vitality pours into everything she does, whether it’s taking care of her clients and teammates or writing incredible poetry in her free time. She’s a winner who knows how to take things to the next level and yet she doesn’t let her altitude affect her attitude. When you meet Deb, you just know she is going to make things happen.

And she has. Deb has been working with world-class sales and marketing organizations for over 30 years with extensive experience in pharmaceutical sales and business development. Prior to TSP, Deb served in leadership roles for MNG Direct, a multi channel communication platform, Healthy Advice Networks (now Patient Point), a place-based media and patient education company, and PDI Inc., a leading health care commercialization group. She also spent over a decade at the IBM Corporation in sales, marketing, and brand management roles.

At TSP, she leads efforts for our industry-leading sales force expansion engagement, Sales Accelerator, designed to accelerate performance. Deb holds a bachelor’s degree from Miami University.

Jackie Tisch
Director, Search Team - Clinical Director, Client Engagement

Jackie Tisch does not give up. Put her on your toughest search, and she won't stop until the job is done. If you need someone motivated, efficient, and ambitious, Jackie is your person.

Jackie manages senior level searches and leads a team of recruiters on clinical searches. She serves a variety of industries, including pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, healthcare, payer/provider, health systems, and academic medical centers. Her understanding of life sciences enables her to effectively assess a candidate’s qualifications and institutional fit. 

Jackie has 20 years of experience in executive and professional search – both retained and contingent – and five years in life sciences. She joined Taylor Strategy Partners in 2013 as a Director in the Executive & Professional Search practice. Jackie holds a bachelor's degree from The Ohio University.

Jarrett Rowoldt
RPO Team Leader

You can count on Jarrett for a lot of things. He’ll solve tough problems. He’ll find excellent candidates. He’ll lead teams to success. Oh, and along the way, he’ll definitely make you laugh. When Jarrett is on your team, you’ll get the results you need – and you’ll have fun along the way.

Jarrett cares about creating a great experience for our RPO clients. He manages a team of RPO recruiters to find the top candidates in research & development, engineering, manufacturing, commercial & advertising, information technology, and more.

Jarrett has ten years of experience in recruitment and customer facing interaction. He holds a bachelor’s degree from The Ohio University.


Tony Julian
Executive & Professional Search Team Leader

Tony has a great reputation for rising to any challenge to help the team succeed. Candidates know him as detailed and personable. Clients say he’s effective and focused. Coworkers see him as optimistic and encouraging. He brings all those attributes to his work as a recruiter and a team leader.

Tony currently manages a team of recruiters on commercial searches at TSP. He has 11 total years of recruiting experience, including 5 years in the pharmaceutical and life sciences space at TSP and past experience in government contracting and IT recruiting.

He earned a bachelor’s degree from Denison University and volunteers his time with Goodwill Industries International and Big Brothers Big Sisters of America.

Ashley Stipes
Associate Director - Brand, Culture, and Recruitment Marketing

From cow town USA to Hollywood, California, this small-town-turned-city girl has a knack for working with creative and professional talent. Her passion for people has transcended industries. That’s why Ashley continues growing her career by leading cross-functional teams. Her experience in both creative and people-driven roles in the entertainment industry prepared her for taking on the Brand, Culture, and Recruitment Marketing department at TSP. She oversees onboarding, training, engagement, and marketing.

Interviewing celebrities on red carpets was glitz and glamor, but playing a role in impacting healthcare is more in line with who she is—an empathetic leader who wants to see good things happen in the world. She believes in what we do, and when you meet her, it’s evident.

Ashley brings more than a decade of experience in talent marketing, acquisition, management, and development to TSP. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Rider University in Lawrenceville, NJ.
