Meet Angie, our VP of Business Development!

On my third day as the new VP of Business Development on the Taylor Strategy Partners team, I sent a text message to Mike Gamble, who is TSP’s president. All it said was, “Thank you for hiring me.” 

You go through an interview process and frankly can only hope what you’re hearing is true. After a few days at TSP, I was relieved. There was validation that the people were real, the people were good, and there was a lot of respect for each other as teammates.

I’ve already learned that TSP is a very personal team. We don’t just say the #powerofpersonal; for the last few weeks, I’ve really lived it. There’s a great energy at TSP. We want to leverage the resources we have to do some really good work. 

I’m a big believer that when Sunday night rolls around, if you’re dreading Monday mornings, you should probably find a new job. I’m so fortunate I have nothing to dread, to have enjoyed a career in an industry that makes me feel energized and motivated. I’m passionate about the pharmaceutical business because what we do ultimately impacts the patients. When I can play a role in getting the right people aligned to the right business, I know in the end, the patient will benefit. 

When you work with a company and see their commercialized products succeed, and hear success stories at the patient level, there’s a tremendous amount of satisfaction. The opportunity to be with a boutique firm in this industry, powered by Syneos Health, allows me to do what I love.

I’m very excited to get busy expanding TSP’s business, as we find new clients who could benefit from our personalized and scalable recruiting services. I would love to talk to anyone with talent acquisition needs about what we can do for you.
